| 国有地勘单位作为国内事业单位体系中的重要组成部分之一，其定位、职能以及改革方向与国家的分类改革政策和地质勘查工作的进展需求紧密相连。本文通过分析 1980年以来国有地勘单位的改革现状，从机制体制、公益性地质工作经费、人才队伍建设、社会化地质勘查项目的获取、上下游产业链延伸以及传统地勘文化与时代需求存在脱节 6个方面，深入探讨了当前改革存在的问题，提出 6项针对性的改革与高质量发展路径建议，为国有地勘单位在新时代背景下实现可持续发展提供了借鉴和实践指导。 |

| As an important component of China′s public institution system，the positioning，functions，and reform direction of state-owned geological exploration units are closely linked to the country′s classified reform poli.cies and the progress requirements of geological exploration work. This paper analyzes the current reform situationof state-owned geological exploration units since 1980，and deeply explores the existing problems in the current reform from six aspects:mechanism and system，funding for public welfare geological work，talent team building， acquisition of socialized geological exploration projects，extension of upstream and downstream industrial chains， and the disconnection between traditional geological exploration culture and contemporary needs. It puts forwardsix targeted reform and high-quality development path suggestions，providing reference and practical guidance for state-owned geological exploration units to achieve sustainable development under the new era background. |
