      文章以全球矿业及资本市场为视角,以实证研究为主要方法,探讨了矿业投资估价若干指标及技术经济参数问题,提出了周期视角下矿业估值参数选取若干建议,对我国矿业估值及投资决策具有一定借鉴意义。
英文摘要:
      In this article, the authors focus on the Chinese and global mineral assets valuation system. By empirical study, they analyzed the parameter and technical-economical index in mineral investment valuation system,and gave some suggestions on how to value mineral assets by a long view of the mining sector cycle.
