| As the largest province in Canada, Quebec is rich in mineral resources and plays an important role in the production of mineral products in Canada and the world. The free and transparent mineral resource management system of Quebec, the preferential policies to encourage commercial exploration, the high priority of mine reclamation, and the continuous improvement and revision of the Mining Law and its supervision measures have promoted the mineral development and environmental protection. Based on the Quebec Mining Law, this paper introduces the experience and advantages of Quebec in the management of mineral resources, and provides relevant information for the reform of China’s mineral resources management system and enterprises going global. |
