| This paper discusses the application effect of comprehensive geophysical prospecting method in a gold mine exploration in Gansu. The characteristics of apparent polarizability and apparent resistivity have been studied and analyzed by means of the IP mid-elevator survey in this gold mine area. The IP anomalies have been delineated and explained, and the geological structure of the mine area has been preliminarily deduced and classified. The main geological structures were verified by high-density electrical profiling. On the basis of comprehensive study of geological, geophysical and geochemical data, prospecting target areas are delineated, which provides clues and basis for geological prospecting and exploration engineering layout. |
