| 地勘单位是具有中国特色的组织机构，在国家改革开放前后，地勘单位先后以事业单位和企业单位身份承担了国家的找矿勘探任务，积累了巨大、珍贵、稀缺、独特的科技档案资料。如何在新的形势下，充分发掘这些科技档案的利用价值，是行业人员需要认真思考的问题。本文基于互联网技术发展和信息技术进步现状，以科技档案更好服务于国民经济建设和地勘单位产业发展为宗旨，深入发掘地勘单位科技档案利用价值，提出了新形势下充分发挥互联网技术和平台，深入发掘科技档案价值的想法和建议，供讨论交流。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The geological exploration units are organizations with Chinese characteristics. Prior to and afterwards China’s Reform and Opening Up, the geological exploration units acting as public entities or commercial enterprises successively devoted to the prospecting and exploration works, and consequently accumulated vast volume of essential, systematic, and unique scientific and technical archives. How to fully explore and utilize the value of these scienti.c and technical archives is a signi.cant question that the mining society needs to take into consideration seriously, particularly during the current circumstance. With the aim of deploy scienti.c and technical archives to better facilitate the national economy and the geological exploration industry, with integrated consideration of the status and advancing trend of Internet and information technology, the author proposed a series of thoughts and concepts for discussion and communication. It is recommended to fully use the internet technology and its important role as a powerful platform, thus through extending the service scope to the non-mineral sectors to intensively explore the value of scienti.c and technical archives. |
