| 随着全球经济一体化,各地勘事业单位为了推动本单位的发展,出台各类激励推动制度,在此过程中,绩效考核的重要性逐渐凸显,探索建立绩效考核制度,有助于长效持续发展。本文旨在通过研究国内外企业绩效考核发展历史及方式方法,结合差额拨款地勘事业单位绩效考核体系的构建及其意义,围绕某地勘事业单位构建的考核体系,采用关键绩效指标法针对绩效考核参数设定、指标比例的分配进行剖析,并通过分析某地勘单位的具体案例,深入剖析了现有绩效考核体系的优点与不足,并提出了改进措施。通过研究建立正确的绩效认知、完善绩效考核体系、加强沟通与反馈机制,以及将绩效考核制度与激励机制相结合,有助于实现降本增效,推动地勘事业单位平稳、健康、高质量发展。 |

| With the integration of the global economy, geological exploration institutions under differential ap.propriation systems have implemented various incentive mechanisms to promote organizational development. In thisprocess, the importance of performance evaluation has become increasingly prominent. Exploring and establishing ascientific performance evaluation system is crucial for achieving long-term sustainable development. This paperaims to study the historical development and methodologies of enterprise performance evaluation both domesticallyand internationally. Combining the construction and significance of performance evaluation systems for geologicalexploration institutions under differential appropriation systems, this research focuses on a specific institution’s evaluation framework. The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) method is employed to analyze the setting of perfor.mance evaluation parameters and the allocation of indicator weights. Through case studies of geological explorationunits, the strengths and weaknesses of existing evaluation systems are thoroughly examined, and improvement mea.sures are proposed. The study suggests that fostering accurate performance awareness, refining evaluation systems,enhancing communication and feedback mechanisms, and integrating performance evaluation with incentive sys.tems will help reduce costs, improve efficiency, and promote the stable, healthy, and high-quality development ofgeological exploration institutions. |
