      小板峪铁矿床地处五台山复向斜北翼,矿体主要赋存在新太古代五台群柏枝岩组中,是华北克拉通典型的 BIF型铁矿床之一。为探讨矿区铁矿成因,本文选取了矿区内 3个相邻地质钻孔为研究对象,在各钻孔中的含矿岩心段共采集了 529件铁矿样品并进行了铁物相分析,统计发现影响本区样品中全铁(TFe)含量的主要含铁组分依次是碳酸铁(cFe)和磁性铁(mFe)且二者相关性系数为-0.56。对比周边矿山发现,本区碳酸铁(cFe)平均含量高于周边矿山。结合显微观,察认为:小板峪铁矿的原始沉积物可能以碳酸铁(cFe)为主,磁性铁(mFe)为其变质的产物;进而推测小板峪铁矿的沉积环境为浅海、缺氧环境中的封闭或半封闭局限盆地。研究结果有利于本区铁矿的成因分析研究,也为该区域矿山企业优化铁矿石的开采、选冶工艺和综合利用提供了参考。

      Xiaobanyu iron deposit is located in the north limb of Mount Wutai syncline, which is one of thetypical BIF-type iron deposits, in the North China Craton, the ore body is mainly hosted in the Baizhi Formation ofthe Neoarchean Wutai Group. To explore the genesis of iron ore in the deposit, three adjacent geological drillingholes area were selected as the research objects.A total of 529 iron ore samples were collected and analyzed for ironphase, in the ore bearing core sections of each drilling hole, it was found that the main iron components affecting thetotal iron (TFe) content in the samples in deposit were carbonate iron (cFe) and magnetic iron (mFe), with a correla.tion coefficient of -0.56. Compared to the surrounding deposit, the average content of carbonate iron (cFe) in the de.posit is higher. After microscopic observation, it is speculated that the original sediment of Xiaobanyu iron depositmay be mainly composed of iron carbonate (cFe), and magnetic iron (mFe) as its metamorphic product; inferred thatthe sedimentary environment of the Xiaobanyu iron deposit may be a confined or semi enclosed basin in a shallowsea and hypoxic environment. The results are beneficial for the analysis and research of the genesis of iron ore inthis deposit, and also provide reference for optimizing the mining, beneficiation, and comprehensive utilization ofiron ore for mining enterprises in this region.
