| 钻孔岩心是花费巨大地勘经费取得的第一手地质资料。2019年《自然资源部办公厅关于做好岩心数字化与信息共享工作的通知》发布后,全国各级岩心保管单位逐步启动了大批量钻孔岩心的多参数数字化工作。其中,便携式 XRF(pXRF)分析技术以无损、快速、操作便捷等诸多优势,被用于大批量提取岩心的元素含量数据,但数据质量控制方面的研究还比较欠缺。本文在前人研究基础上,结合大批量岩心数字化工作中 pXRF数据采集经验,对仪器预热时间、单个测试点数据采集时间、用户参数校准等对 pXRF数据质量产生主要影响的因素进行了分析,并提出了一种适用于大批量岩心 pXRF元素数据采集的质量控制方法。结果表明合理的仪器预热时间和单个测试点数据采集时间,以及适当的用户参数校准和质量监控方法能够显著提升数据质量,同时满足提升工作效率和降低工作成本的需求。 |

| Drill-core is the initial geological material obtained at a huge cost during exploration. After the re.lease of the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources on the Digitization and InformationSharing of Drill-core" in 2019, drill-core archiving entities at all levels across China gradually started the multi-parameter digitalization for large volumes of drill-core. Among various core digitalization technologies, portableXRF (pXRF) measurement is used to extract element content information of drill-core due to its advantages such as non-destructive, fast and easy operation. However, the research on pXRF data quality control for large volumes ofdrill-core digitalization is quite weak. In this article, the influence between pXRF data quality and analyzer warm-up, counting duration, and user calibration is discussed, and a quality control method suitable for large volume drill-core pXRF measurement is proposed. The results indicate that enough warm-up time, counting duration and properuser calibration can significantly improve the data quality whilst ensuring measurement efficiency and lowering cost. |
