      场地地灾危险性的评估分析,对预防和控制地灾有着十分重要的意义。本文以北京市门头沟区天山陵园扩建项目为例,通过调查了解场地及其周边的地形地貌特征,地灾类型、分布、规模、稳定状态等,评估分析地灾对场地和既有建筑物的影响,以及地灾发生的可能性、发生危害的程度和范围,综合判断其建筑的适宜性。研究结果表明,该区为“一般建设工程”,地质环境条件复杂程度等级为“复杂”,地质灾害危险性评估的级别属于“二级”,当前遭受灾害为“危险性小”,未来可能升级为“危险性中”,地质灾害危险性等级属“中”级,建筑适宜性为“基本适宜”。地灾危险性评估分析能够准确的判定拟建场地的适宜性,并且提出适宜的地灾防治措施,为工程建设的造价和预防安全隐患提供有力的参考依据。
英文摘要:
      The assessment and analysis of geological disaster risks at a given site play a crucial role in the pre.vention and mitigation of such hazards. This study focuses on the expansion project of Tianshan Cemetery located inMentougou District, Beijing. Through field investigations and comprehensive analyses of the topographic and geo.morphic features, as well as the types, distribution, scale, and stability of geological disasters within the site and itssurrounding areas, this research evaluates the potential impact of these hazards on existing structures and the likeli. hood, severity, and extent of future incidents. The overall suitability of the site for construction is then determined.Findings indicate that the area is categorized as a "general construction project", with the geological environmentalconditions assessed as "complex". The risk level of geological disaster is classified as "Level 2", with the currentrisk status being "low", though it may escalate to "medium" in the future. Consequently, the overall geological disas.ter risk is considered "medium", and the construction suitability is judged as "basically suitable". The risk assess.ment and analysis enable precise determination of the site′s suitability and provide targeted measures for geologicaldisaster prevention, offering a solid reference for engineering cost estimation and the mitigation of potential safetyrisks.
