| 为了科学支撑青海大通地区资源环境承载能力和国土空间开发适宜性评价,在自然资源综合地质调查基础上,本文通过总结大通地区资源环境禀赋、地质条件特征,利用 ArcGIS空间分析功能,开展基于地质条件的双评价研究。研究表明:大通回族土族自治县生态保护极重要区面积占比 44.5%,农业生产适宜区面积占比 27.40%,城镇建设适宜面积占比 14.26%,三者可分别作为重点生态功能区、农产品主产区、城市化发展区;3.50%的现状耕地处于农业生产不适宜区;0.74%现状建设用地处于建设不适宜区。研究显示,基于地质条件构建的“双评价”方法体系实现了体现地域地质背景、地域特色的评价结果,使双评价赋予了地质内涵,提升了国土空间规划的科学性与操作性。 |

| To scientifically support the resource and environmental carrying capacity evaluation and territorialdevelopment suitability evaluation in Datong, Qinghai, a study of "Dual Evaluation" based on geological conditionsand comprehensive natural resource geological surveys was conducted using the spatial analysis function of ArcGIS.The study also summarized the resource and environmental endowments and geological characteristics of the Datongarea. The results showed that ecologically extremely important areas account for 44.5% of the total area of DatongHui and Tu Autonomous County, agriculturally suitable areas account for 27.40%, and urban construction suitableareas account for 14.26%. The three types of areas can be designated as key ecological functional zones, primary ag-ricultural product zones, and urbanized development zones, respectively. Additionally, 3.50% of the existing farm-land is located in agriculturally unsuitable areas, while 0.74% of the current construction land is situated inconstruction-unsuitable areas. The study demonstrates that the "dual evaluation" methodology system constructedbased on geological conditions obtains results that reflect regional geological backgrounds and local characteristics.This approach endows the "dual evaluation" with geological connotations, enhancing the scientific rigor and practi-cal applicability of territorial spatial planning. |
