| 自然资源部、国家林草局印发了《关于在新一轮找矿突破战略行动中全面实施绿色勘查的通知》(自然资发〔2024〕122号)，要求地质勘查全行业全面实施绿色勘查。绿色勘查是习近平生态文明思想在地质矿产勘查领域的生动实践，是统筹资源安全和生态安全的勘查新理念和新模式。本文在梳理国内外勘查理念演变的基础上，界定了绿色勘查的内涵，分析了国外矿业发达国家绿色勘查管理现状，深入探讨了热点区域的绿色勘查要求，最后从完善绿色勘查法律法规，健全绿色勘查标准体系，以及促进绿色勘查技术研发应用共 3个方面提出了借鉴与启示，以期为中国全面推进绿色勘查提供决策参考。 |

| The Ministry of Natural Resources and National Forestry and Grassland Administration have issuedthe Notice on the Comprehensive Implementation of Green Geological Exploration in the New Round of StrategicActions for Finding Mineral Breakthroughs (Natural Resources Development [2024] No. 122), which requires thatgreen geological exploration be comprehensively implemented in the whole geological exploration industry. Greengeological exploration represents is a vivid practice of the‘two mountains theory’and the concept of green develop-ment in the field of geological exploration, and it is a new concept and mode of exploration that integrates resourcesecurity and ecological security. This paper defines the connotation of green geological exploration on the basis ofcombing the evolution of exploration concepts at home and abroad, analyses the status quo of green geological explo-ration management in foreign mining developed countries, discusses in depth the requirements of green geologicalexploration in hotspot areas, and finally puts forward reference and inspiration from three aspects, such as perfectinglaws and regulations on green geological exploration, improving the standard system of green geological explorationand promoting the research and development and application of green geological exploration technology, with a viewto providing decision-making references to the full implementation of green geological exploration in our country. Inorder to provide decision-making reference for the comprehensive promotion of green geological exploration inChina. |
