      煤层经济价值对于制定合理高效的资源开采计划具有重要指导意义,故提前准确评估煤层经济价值尤为重要。为了研究煤层经济价值的空间分布与煤质变化特征的相关性,本文以大海则煤矿 2号煤层为研究对象,在大量煤质化验等资料基础上,首先选取了发热量、挥发分、灰分、硫分 4个评价指标;然后将其评价指标模型块体化,尝试对评价指标建立试验变程内的试验半变异函数,当评价指标变异性较大时通过距离幂次反比法函数对其模型块体进行插值,并通过 PSO算法确定最优幂次;最后优化后的 IGA-BP神经网络模型与动力煤计价法相结合,建立了煤层经济价值等级模型。结果表明:大海则煤矿 2号煤层经济价值等级变化规律符合正态分布,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ各等级占比分别为 0.5%、36.3%、47.6%、15.6%。煤质及煤层经济价值模型分析研究在煤炭资源利用方面具有广阔的应用前景,根据后续采矿作业中新获取的实测数据,修正更新预测模型,可进一步提高模型精度。

      The economic value of coal seams is of great significance for the development of rational and effi-cient resource mining plan, so it is especially important to accurately assess the economic value of coal seams in ad-vance. In order to study the correlation between the spatial distribution of the economic value of coal seams and thecharacteristics of coal quality changes, taking the No. 2 coal seam of Dahaizhe Coal Mine as the research object,based on a large number of coal quality assays and other information, firstly, four evaluation indexes, namely, heat,volatile matter, ash, and sulfur, were selected; and then the model block of the evaluation indexes was blocked, andan attempt was made to establish a test half-variance function within the experimental variance range for the evalua-tion indexes, when the evaluation indexes had larger variability. When the variability of the evaluation indexes islarge, the model block is interpolated by the distance power inverse method function, and the optimal power is deter-mined by PSO algorithm; finally, the optimized IGA-BP neural network model is combined with the power coal pric-ing method, and the economic value rank model of the coal seam is established. The results show that the changerule of coal seam economic value of No. 2 coal seam in Dahaizhe Mine is in accordance with the positive and posi-tive distribution, and the proportion of each rank of Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ is 0.5%, 36.3%, 47.6% and 15.6%, respec-tively. The model analysis of coal quality and economic value of coal seam has a broad application prospect in theutilization of coal resources, and the model accuracy can be further improved by correcting and updating the predic-tion model according to the newly acquired measured data in the subsequent mining operation.
