| 几内亚是“一带一路”倡议落地非洲的桥头堡之一，同时也是世界第一大铝土矿出口国和中国第一大铝土矿进口国。研判几内亚铝土矿资源特征、开发现状及投资环境，对于拓展“一带一路”倡议、促进中国企业参与几内亚铝土矿开发以及保障中国铝土矿资源持续供应具有重要意义。本文在研究几内亚成矿地质背景、铝土矿资源特征和开发现状的基础上，从政局稳定性、金融环境等方面对中资企业赴几开展矿业投资的前景进行了分析。研究表明:①几内亚地处西非克拉通南部、马(恩)—莱(奥)地盾西北部，铝土矿主要分布于博韦盆地和福塔—贾隆高原，下伏前寒武纪结晶基底及部分泛非期活动带，大地构造条件相对稳定；②几内亚铝土矿总资源量和探明储量均居世界第一，主要集中分布于其西部博凯、博法、塔利梅莱、金迪亚和中部拉贝、马木、达博拉、图盖等地区；③几内亚铝土矿成矿单元属于世界级红土型铝土矿成矿省，可进一步划分为西部博韦盆地、中部福塔—贾隆高原和东部丁吉拉伊等 3个成矿带，以及 12个成矿区；④几内亚铝土矿产量居世界第一位，在产铝土矿山包括赢联盟(SMB)、俄铝(COBAD和 CBK)和中铝(CHALCO)等 15家，其中外资是几内亚铝土矿勘查开发投资的主体；⑤几内亚铝土矿资源丰富、开发潜力巨大，建议中国企业积极参与，注重不同铝土矿项目的勘查开发综合评价，统筹布局，以实现双方互利共赢，共同发展的目标。 |

| As one of the bridgeheads of "the Belt and Road" Initiative in Africa, Guinea has become theworld′s largest bauxite exporter and China′s largest bauxite importer. It is of great significance to study the charac.teristics, development status and investment environment of bauxite resources in Guinea to expand "the Belt andRoad" initiative, promote Chinese enterprises to participate in the development of bauxite in Guinea and ensure thecontinuous supply of bauxite resources in China. On the basis of studying the metallogenic geological setting, baux.ite resource characteristics and development status in Guinea, this paper analyzes the prospect of mining investmentin Guinea from the aspects of political stability and financial environment. Research shows that: ① Guinea is lo.cated in the southern part of the West African Craton and the northwest part of the Man-Léo Shield. The bauxite ismainly distributed in Bové Basin and Futa-Jialong Plateau, and the underlying Precambrian crystalline basementand some Pan-African active belts, and the geotectonic conditions are relatively stable. ② The total resources andproven reserves of bauxite in Guinea rank first in the world, Mainly concentrated and distributed in the Boké, Boffa,Télimélé, Kindia Labé, Mamou, Dabola and Tougué. ③ The bauxite ore-forming unit of Guinea belongs to theworld-class Lateritic bauxite ore-forming province, which can be further divided into 3 ore-forming belts, includingthe western Bové Basin, the central Fota-Jalon Plateau and the eastern Dingirai, as well as 12 metallogenic areas. ④Guinea′s bauxite production ranks first in the world, and there are 15 bauxite-producing mines, including SMB,Rusal Group(COBAD and CBK), CHALCO and so on, among which foreign capital is the main body of investment inGuinea′s bauxite exploration and development. ⑤Guinea is rich in bauxite resources and has huge development po.tential. It is suggested that Chinese companies should actively participate in the exploration and development of dif.ferent bauxite projects, pay attention to the comprehensive evaluation and overall layout, so as to achieve the goal ofmutual benefit and win-win and common development. |
