      参考《一级标准物质技术规范( JJF 1006-94)》,自制固体标准物质系列。本文采用四酸消解,再加入王水(1+1)酸化溶解,分别在各元素最佳分析谱线处,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中 K2O、Na2O、 MgO、CaO、Al2O3、Fe2O3这 6种常量金属氧化物的含量。自制固体标准物质与样品同步消解定容,经过测定固体标准物质具有良好的均匀性。绘制的标准曲线的线性相关系数均在 0. 9990以上,各氧化物检出限为 0. 00572~0. 0856 μg/L,其中 Na2O、CaO的测定结果体现出一定的抗干扰性。按照试验方法测定 4个土壤或沉积物标准物质,测定结果相对误差( RE)为 -5. 17%~4. 14%。按照试验方法测定西藏拉萨地区 2个土壤样品,测定结果相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)均小于 2. 0%。
英文摘要:
      According to "Technical Specifications for First-Class Standard Substances(JJF 1006-94)",a series of solid standard substances were prepared. The samples were digested with four-acid digestion,and leached with hydrochloric acid(1+1). By selecting the optimal analytical lines of elements,the contents of K2O、Na2O、 MgO、CaO、Al2O3、Fe2O3in soil were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). The solid standard substance and the sample were digested synchronously,and the solid standard substance was found to have good homogeneity after measurement. The linear correlation coefficients of calibration curves for metallic oxides were all more than 0. 9990. The limits of detection of metallic oxides were between 0. 00572 μg/Land 0. 0856 μg/L. The determination results of Na2O and CaO show certain anti-interference properties. The contents of six metallic oxides in certified reference material of soil or sediment were determined according to theproposed method. The relative errors(RE) of determination results were between-5. 17% and 4. 14%. The contents of two samples of Tibet were determined according to the proposed method,and the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=11)of determination results were all less than 2%.
