| 泥浆是钻探工程的“血液”,泥浆的合理化配置不仅是一项钻探工艺技术措施,也是一项安全保障措施,对提高钻探作业的成孔率与生产效率具有至关重要的意义。本文结合云南省金平县金竹寨铅锌矿区地层特性,对复杂地层钻探施工中的泥浆(钻井液)配比应用进行分析与探讨,提出了在该矿区半风化层中施工采用 1 m3水+80~200 kg优质膨润土 +1~5 kg CMC+3~10kg稀释剂泥浆技术方案,在全风化破碎严重的地层中采用优质膨润土 2%~ 3%+Pw植物胶 0. 2%+纯碱 7%+NaOH 0. 01%~ 0. 02%泥浆技术方案,不仅符合绿色勘查环保的要求,而且降低了孔内事故率,降低了钻探施工综合成本 84元/m,提高了钻进效率 70%以上,提高了岩心采取率 10%左右,具有较好的推广价值与意义。 |

| Mud is the "blood" of drilling engineering. The rational configuration of mud is not only a technicalmeasure for drilling process,but also a safety measure. It is of vital importance for improving the hole formationrate and production efficiency of drilling operations. This paper,based on the geological characteristics of the Jinzhu Zhai lead-zinc mining area in Jinping County,Yunnan Province,analyzes and discusses the application of mud(drilling fluid)ratio in the drilling construction of complex strata. It proposes a mud technology scheme of 1cubic meter of water + 80-200 kilograms of high-quality bentonite + 1-5 kilograms of CMC + 3-10 kilograms of dilu. ent in the semi-weathered layer of this mining area for construction,and a mud technology scheme of 2%-3% high-quality bentonite + 0. 2% Pw plant gum + 7% pure alkali + 0. 01%-0. 02% NaOH in the fully weathered and severely fractured strata. This scheme not only meets the requirements of green exploration and environmental protection,but also reduces the accident rate in the boreholes,lowers the comprehensive cost of drilling construc. tion by 84 yuan per meter,increases the drilling efficiency by more than 70%,and increases the core recovery rate by about 10%. It has good promotion value and significance. |
