| 湖北省大冶市兴红矿业有限公司 1998年在 -170巷道 1线设计一条 1. 8 m×1. 8 m的向上天井,天井在掘进到-160 m水平处揭露一溶洞发生突水,突水水量 2500~6000 m3/d,是目前矿坑涌水量的主要来源。为了减少矿坑涌水量,避免井下突水事故的发生和地面产生塌陷,兴红矿业有限公司决定在地下水来水上游选幕址进行帷幕注浆。 2025年 4月在实施帷幕注浆过程中, -170 m出水点漏浆严重,造成施工无法正常进行。为解决这一问题,本文设计了膜袋注浆方案,即在天井内顶水安装一特制膜袋,膜袋中间预留一泄水管,通过对膜袋注浆后使膜袋膨胀,封堵涌水,使突水点涌水全部由管道内流出,达到控制涌水,顺利实施帷幕注浆的目的。首先对膜袋注浆可行性进行了理论分析,其次从膜袋设计、制作、安装、配浆、注浆以及受力分析等几个关键技术对膜袋注浆工艺进行了研究,结果表明膜袋注浆方法不论从封堵效果、工期还是成本都要优于其他方案,可为同类巷道、井筒突水的治理提供参考。 |

| In 1998,Xinghong Mining Co.,Ltd. in Daye City,Hubei Province,designed a 1. 8m × 1. 8m upward raise in the -170 level drift,Line 1. During excavation to the -160 m level,the raise exposed a karst cave, triggering a sudden water inrush with a flow rate of 2500 -6000 m3/d. This remains the primary source of minewater inflow. To reduce mine water inflow,prevent underground water inrush incidents,and avoid surface subsid. ence,Xinghong Mining decided to implement curtain grouting at an upstream location of the groundwater source.In April 2025,during curtain grouting operations,severe grout leakage occurred at the -170 m water outlet,halt. ing normal construction. To resolve this issue,a bag-membrane grouting scheme was designed. This involved installing a specially fabricated membrane bag against the water flow inside the raise,with a drainage pipe reserved at its center. Grout was injected to inflate the bag,sealing the water inflow and forcing all water to discharge through the pipe. This achieved controlled drainage,enabling successful curtain grouting. First,a theoretical analysis of the feasibility of bag-membrane grouting was conducted. Key technical aspects—including bag design, fabrication,installation,grout mixing,grouting procedures,and mechanical analysis—were then studied. Results demonstrate that the bag-membrane grouting method outperforms alternative solutions in sealing effectiveness, construction timeline,and cost efficiency. This approach provides a valuable reference for managing water inrushes in similar drifts or shafts. |
