      由于核电厂机组部分系统和设备长期运行于高温的工况中,传统的管道阀门设计难以保障其安全性与稳 定性,因此,本文开展考虑高温工况的核电厂机组管道阀门优化设计。文章先从阀体材料与壁厚两个角 度展开阀体优化设计,引入焊接波纹管技术进行密封结构优化设计,以此实现考虑高温工况的核电厂机 组管道阀门优化设计。最后应用实验验证所提方法的先进性,实验结果表明,与优化设计前相比,优化设 计后的核电厂机组管道阀门在高温工况下的材料强度、密封性能以及动作灵敏度均显著改善,可为核电 厂机组的安全可靠运行提供支持。
英文摘要:
      Due to the fact that some systems and equipment of nuclear power plant units operate in high-temperature conditions for a long time,the traditional design of pipeline valves is difficult to ensure their safety and stability. Therefore,this study on the optimal design of pipeline valves for nuclear power plant units considering high-temperature conditions is carried out. The article first elaborates on the optimization design of the valve bodyfrom the perspectives of valve body material and wall thickness,and introduces the welded bellows technology for the optimization design of the sealing structure,thereby achieving the optimization design of pipeline valves for nuclear power plant units considering high-temperature working conditions. Finally,experiments were applied to verify the advancement of the proposed method. The experimental results show that compared with before the optimized design,the material strength,sealing performance and action sensitivity of the pipeline valves of the nuclear power plant units under high-temperature working conditions after the optimized design have been significantly improved,which can provide support for the safe and reliable operation of the nuclear power plant units.
