      本文基于 2000—2020年 30 m分辨率土地利用数据,运用地理信息系统与土地利用转移矩阵、扩张速度与强度等方法,系统分析湖南省 14个地级市建设用地时空变化规律,并结合人口、 GDP数据,分析人类活动与建设用地扩张的关系。结果表明: ①全省建设用地面积由 2000年的 8543. 75 km2增长至 2020年的 13145. 06 km2,其主要源自耕地(约 90%)和林地(约 7%),主要去向为耕地(约 92%)和林地(约 6%); ②长沙、常德、邵阳扩张速度居于全省前列,呈现出湘东—湘北—湘中高速增长的格局。扩张强度上呈现为 2000—2004、2005—2009、2010—2014、2015—2017、2018—2020共 5个变化周期,长沙在前 3个周期持续领先,后期娄底、湘潭与衡阳表现突出,整体呈现以湘东为核心的空间格局, 2015年后扩张普遍趋缓并出现局部收缩; ③建设用地与地区生产总值呈正相关(相关系数均> 0. 88),湘西州最高( 0. 97)。各地级市的人口与建设用地整体呈正相关,长沙、株洲、郴州、岳阳四地相关系数居于全省前列,依次为 0. 77、0. 94、
英文摘要:
      This study analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution of built-up land and its relationship with socioeconomic factors in Hunan Province,China,from 2000 to 2020. Based on 30m-resolution land use data for 14 prefecture-level cities,we employed GIS,land use transfer matrices,and metrics of expansion speed and intensity to quantify changes. The findings reveal that:①The total built-up land area increased from 8543. 75 km2 in 2000 to 13145. 06 km2 in 2020. This expansion was predominantly fueled by the conversion of cropland(≈90%) and forest land(≈7%). Conversely,the primary destinations of converted built-up land were cropland(≈92%) and forest land(≈6%). ②Expansion speed was highest in Changsha,Changde,and Shaoyang,forming a high-growth corridor across eastern,northern,and central Hunan. Expansion intensity delineated five phases(2000-2004,2005-2009,2010-2014,2015-2017,2018-2020). While Changsha dominated the first three phases, Loudi,Xiangtan,and Hengyang gained prominence later,solidifying an east-focused pattern. After 2015,deceler. ated province-wide,with occasional local contraction. ③Built-up land scale correlated strongly with GDP(all cor. relation coefficients >0. 88),peaking at 0. 97 in Xiangxi. Population also showed a positive correlation,strongest in Changsha(0. 77),Zhuzhou(0. 94),Chenzhou(0. 84),and Yueyang(0. 67),highlighting a trend of popula. tion concentration toward core cities in northeastern Hunan.
