| 本研究针对东昆仑成矿带钻井过程中环空岩屑运移问题进行了分析,重点关注了井壁扩径和钻井液漏失对携岩效率的影响。研究结果显示,井壁扩径导致环空流速降低,钻井液漏失改变了返速分布,两者均降低了岩屑上返效率。此外,岩屑的粒径、形状和比重对其沉降速度有显著影响,而钻井液的密度和流变性调整对改善携岩效果至关重要。研究提出了通过优化钻井参数(如降低机械钻速和提高钻具转速)来提高携岩效率的策略。研究成果为解决现场钻井问题提供了理论依据和实践指导,有助于提升钻井作业的效率和安全性。 |

| This study analyzes the problem of annular rock debris migration during drilling in the East KunlunMetallogenic Belt, with a focus on the effects of wellbore enlargement and drilling fluid leakage on rock carrying effi-ciency. The research results show that wellbore enlargement leads to a decrease in annular flow velocity, and drill-ing fluid leakage changes the distribution of return velocity, both of which reduce the efficiency of cuttings upwardflow. In addition, the particle size, shape, and specific gravity of rock cuttings have a significant impact on their set-tling speed, and adjusting the density and rheological properties of drilling fluid is crucial for improving rock carry-ing efficiency. The study proposes a strategy to improve rock carrying efficiency by optimizing drilling parameters,such as reducing mechanical drilling speed and increasing drilling tool speed. These findings provide theoretical ba-sis and practical guidance for solving on-site drilling problems, helping to improve the efficiency and safety of drill-ing operations. |
