      研究强力土工格室开发技术,对格室的拉伸特性深入分析,为解决工程中软弱地基加固处理难题和新材料的开发提供理论依据。本文通过理论分析与试验,研究强力土工格室的特点、原料和制作工艺,根据室内拉伸试验、数值模拟等方式研究强力土工格室受力和变形规律;通过对土工格室传统制造工艺进行研究,结合特殊超声波焊结工艺、智能光纤工艺和固定锁片工艺等新技术,开发强力土工格室;通过进行拉伸试验,建立伸长率与应力及时间的变化关系;通过 FLAC3D数值模拟,对新格室力学性能进行模拟研究,分析其应力与应变、时间与位移的关系,根据模拟的实际情况,指导强力土工格室的安全设计和施工管理。
英文摘要:
      The research focuses on the development of high-strength geocell technology, with an in-depthanalysis of the tensile properties of geocells, providing a theoretical basis for solving problems related to soft founda-tion reinforcement in engineering and the development of new materials. Through theoretical analysis and experi-mental research, the study investigates the characteristics, raw materials, and manufacturing processes of high-strength geocells. The research includes indoor tensile tests and numerical simulations to study the stress and defor-mation patterns of high-strength geocells. By examining traditional manufacturing processes and incorporating newtechnologies such as special ultrasonic welding, intelligent fiber optics, and fixed locking plates, high-strength geo-cells are developed. Tensile tests are conducted to establish the relationship between elongation, stress, and time.FLAC3D numerical simulations are used to study the mechanical properties of the new geocells, analyzing theirstress-strain relationships and the relationship between time and displacement. Based on the simulation results,guidance is provided for the safe design and construction management of high-strength geocells.
