| 矿产资源是经济社会发展的重要物质基础。随着国民经济高速发展，矿产资源消费量快速上涨，重要矿 产资源供需矛盾日益突出。本文对江西省矿产资源现状进行了总结，并围绕江西省产业规划，对能源、钢 铁、有色、锂电新能源等重点产业矿产资源保障程度进行了分析。分析显示江西省锂矿、稀土可以满足产 业需求，但煤矿、铜矿、铁矿、钨矿供应存在不同程度缺口。结合江西省资源发展现状，提出了建立健全找 矿突破机制、提高优势矿产资源勘查程度、优化矿产资源开发利用布局、建立矿产资源安全保障监测和预 警体系 4个方面的政策建议，进一步提升江西省矿产资源保障能力。 |

| Mineral resources are an important material basis for economic and social development. With therapid development of the national economy, the consumption of mineral resources has risen rapidly, and the contra-diction between supply and demand of important mineral resources has become increasingly prominent. This papersummarizes the current situation of mineral resources in Jiangxi Province, and analyzes the degree of mineral re-sources guarantee in key industries such as energy, iron and steel, nonferrous metals, and lithium battery new en-ergy around the industrial planning of Jiangxi Province. The analysis shows that lithium ore and rare earth in JiangxiProvince can meet the industrial demand, but there are gaps in the supply of coal, copper, iron and tungsten ore tovarying degrees. Combined with the current situation of resource development in Jiangxi Province, four policy sug-gestions were put forward to further enhance the mineral resources guarantee capacity of Jiangxi Province, includingestablishing and improving the breakthrough mechanism of mineral prospecting, improving the exploration degree ofadvantageous mineral resources, optimizing the layout of mineral resources development and utilization, and estab-lish a monitoring and early warning system for the safety and security of mineral resources. |
